Return Policies:

Product returned in "like new" condition, in the original packaging, may be returned. Return items to be returned must arrive back within 10 business days. Item costs will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase less shipping costs out and all applicable restocking fees. Damaged/Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective notify us at hvacexpresscustomerservice@yahoo.com and we will ship out a replacement. If you fail to contact us at hvacexpresscustomerservice@yahoo.com before sending the damaged merchandise we will be unable to credit your return freight charges. HVAC-express.com will file the damage claims with the shipper.

Warranty:

With respect to Ameriflow unfinished wood grilles and registers, HVAC-express.com warrants for a period of ninety (90) days after shipment that such goods are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service for which they were designed. With respect to all other products, HVAC-express.com extends the same warranty for one (1) year after shipment. HVAC-express.com’s sole obligation under the one-(1) year, and ninety-(90) day warranties is limited to one of the following, as selected by HVAC-express.com: delivering to the purchaser a replacement for any product or part, or repair of any product or part, or refunding an equitable portion of the purchase price paid for such product or part by the purchaser, HVAC-express.com makes no other warranty whether expressed or arising by operation of law, course of dealing, usage of trade or otherwise implied, costs (includes costs of removal and replacement), liabilities, or any other general, special , incidental, or consequential damages incurred in connection with the purchase of HVAC-express.com products.

Why can't I order from your site?
